Custom FysioManager integration development
Appfront builds integrations with FysioManager, the web-based EHR for physiotherapists and other allied health professionals, with calendar, online scheduling, patient portal and financial administration. FysioManager has integrations with a number of partners. For anything not covered there, we build the integration: appointments from your own website or app, data for your own programmes or measuring instruments, and figures per location and practitioner in your own dashboard.
What is a FysioManager integration?
FysioManager is a web-based EHR for physiotherapists and other allied health professionals. It combines the patient record with a calendar, online scheduling, a patient portal, financial administration and reporting. FysioManager works with a number of partners, for example for exercise programmes, and those integrations are often enough. For your own systems and applications that are not on the list, a custom integration is needed.
A chain with multiple locations often has its own website with an appointment module, its own programme for group training or lifestyle, or its own app. Without an integration, an appointment made via the website is entered into the calendar by hand, and a programme participant is disconnected from the patient record. And the practice owner wants to see how things are going per location and practitioner, together with figures from other systems.
We build custom because the integration has to fit your practice: which website, app or programmes you have, which data you need, and which figures you want to see. We look at what integration options FysioManager offers in the first step, together with you and, where necessary, with FysioManager. Patient data is only shared where that is permitted and necessary.
Appointments without retyping
Appointments from your own website or app in the calendar, with availability from FysioManager.
Your own programmes included
Participants in your own programmes or measurements linked to the patient record, with consent.
Your practice in your dashboard
Appointments, treatments and occupancy per location and practitioner in your own dashboard.
How we build your FysioManager integration
We start with your practice: which systems you use alongside FysioManager, which data is needed, and where retyping currently happens.
Your website, app, programmes and dashboard, and which data is needed.
FysioManager connected to your systems, via the route that fits.
Testing with real appointments, error monitoring, and a log per message.
Go-live per location, and maintenance when FysioManager or your systems are updated.
What a FysioManager integration actually does
The components below appear in almost every FysioManager integration. Which ones you need depends on your practice.
Agreements
Appointments from your own website or app in the calendar.
Availability
Available slots per practitioner and location.
Programmes
Participants in your own programmes linked to the patient record.
Assessments
Results of your own measurements fed back where possible.
Permission
Only data that is permitted and necessary.
Dashboard
Figures per location and practitioner in your dashboard.
Who we build a FysioManager integration for
The integration is intended for practices that use FysioManager alongside their own systems.
Chains with multiple locations
Your own website and dashboard. Figures per location are the core.
Practices with programmes
Group training or lifestyle. The link to the patient record matters most.
Allied health centres
Multiple disciplines. Appointments across disciplines are what's needed.
App providers
An app for patients. Working together with the EHR is the core.
Technology and integrations
This page is about integrations with FysioManager. For custom physiotherapy software, see our page on physiotherapy software, for claims our page on a VECOZO integration, and for healthcare apps our page on a healthcare app. You can read about our approach at building software.

Why Appfront for your FysioManager integration?
An appointment that is retyped can end up in the calendar twice or incorrectly. That is what we build around: appointments that go through automatically, programmes alongside the patient record, and figures without exports.
No double entry
Appointments go straight into the calendar.
Everything in one record
Custom programmes are no longer standalone.
Your practice at a glance
Figures per location without exports.
Security and privacy in a FysioManager integration
The integration processes data about patients and their treatment, which is special category personal data. Only data that may be shared and is needed is shared. Access credentials are stored encrypted, and every message is logged.
The integration runs in a European data centre, with encrypted storage and daily backups.
Frequently asked questions about a FysioManager integration
Questions practices ask before they get started.
FysioManager is a web-based EHR for physiotherapists and other allied health professionals, with a calendar, online scheduling, a patient portal, financial administration and reporting.
Yes, with a number of partners, for example for exercise programmes. These are often enough. A custom integration is needed for your own website, app, programme or dashboard that is not on the list.
Through the integration options FysioManager offers and the interfaces of your own systems. Which route fits and which data is available, we look at in the first step, together with you and, where needed, with FysioManager.
Yes, provided availability can be read from FysioManager and appointments can be created in it. The patient then sees real free slots, and the appointment lands in the calendar without retyping. An appointment that is rescheduled or cancelled travels back the same way, so the website and the calendar stay in sync.
Only data that may be shared and is needed is shared, with the patient's consent where required. What applies to your practice, we discuss before the build. For each integration it is defined which data is shared, with whom and for what purpose, and this can be traced in the log.
The integration reports it and records what went wrong. The message is retried or queued for review, so no appointment is lost. An overview shows you which messages have been processed, which are waiting and which need attention.
For chains and practices with their own website, app, programme or dashboard alongside FysioManager, where data is currently retyped. If you only use partner packages, the standard integration is often enough. We usually start with the flow that costs the most retyping, often appointments, and then expand.
FysioManager and your own systems working with the same data?
Tell us which systems you use alongside FysioManager, which data is needed and where data is currently retyped. We will show you what the integration looks like.
