Conscribo is an online package for the accounting and member administration of associations and foundations. The administration is well covered, but sign-ups often arrive via the website, registrations for activities via another system and payments via yet another route. What is an integration with Conscribo?
A Conscribo integration connects the administration of your association or foundation with the systems where data comes in. A new member fills in the form on the website and then appears in the member administration. A registration for an activity becomes a line on the invoice. A payment is matched to the right invoice. And the data members are allowed to see themselves flows from Conscribo into the member portal or app.
Without an integration, the treasurer or secretary does this by hand. The sign-up form sends an email, someone retypes it, the registrations for the weekend sit in a spreadsheet, and at the end of the year the member list on the website doesn't match the one in the administration. With an association of a few hundred members and a board that changes every year, knowledge and time are lost.
We build custom because every association is set up differently. The types of member you have, how membership fees are calculated, which activities are invoiced separately and which systems you use alongside Conscribo all determine what the integration needs to do. Conscribo offers an API; in the first step we look at which data it makes available for your account. Where the API falls short, we use a controlled import, so you still don't have to retype anything.

We start with your administration: how Conscribo is set up, where sign-ups, registrations and payments currently come in, and who retypes what. Then we build the first integration, usually the sign-up form to the member administration, because that is where most of the manual work is. You use it for a while. Member administration contains personal data and sometimes payment details. The integration sends only the fields that are needed, access is set up per role, and every exchange is logged with its time and result. For the processing, we enter into a data processing agreement with you.
The integration runs in a European data centre, with encrypted connections and storage. Keys for Conscribo are kept protected and are not visible to anyone using the form or the portal.
