An AI workshop with us runs for either half a day or a full day. The half-day suits management sessions and introductions; the full day suits teams who also want to work hands-on with their own documents and use cases. We agree a specific time slot together based on the pre-workshop call. We work in clear blocks: a short theory segment, a longer hands-on session, and a joint action plan at the end so that nobody goes home with loose notes.
We prefer to hold the workshop at one of three locations. In-house at our office on the Westerdoksdijk, which is convenient if you want to be easily reachable from Amsterdam Centraal for people travelling from other cities. At your own office, which works well if you are bringing a large team and want the whole department involved. At a third venue in Amsterdam, such as meeting rooms at B. Amsterdam, A'DAM Tower, hotels in the Houthavens or the Westas cluster. We can help you choose and book; in our view, you should pick the venue that suits your group's atmosphere and accessibility, not the other way round.
We work out what we do in detail beforehand. In a stakeholder call of thirty minutes to an hour, we go through the target audience, existing AI use, sector context and desired outcomes. From that conversation we build a concrete programme and share it with you before the workshop. Nobody should be figuring out the programme on the day itself, not you, not your participants, and not us. For the hands-on parts, we ask in advance which documents and use cases you would like to use: an offer template, a set of customer questions, a product specification or a process manual. We build the exercises around those.
After the workshop we routinely follow up. This includes a written wrap-up with the priorities agreed, recommended experiments and usable prompts. Optionally, a follow-up sparring session a few weeks later to see how the first experiments are going. For clients who want to go further, we continue with AI strategy, AI agent development or, more broadly, enterprise AI implementation, always without obligation arising from the workshop.
For clients in and around Amsterdam, the workshop often serves as an introduction to our wider practice as an AI specialist in Amsterdam. Sometimes it stops at that single day, and a team with enough foundation to experiment on its own is exactly the goal. Sometimes a follow-on arises in which we build a first AI agent together, set up a RAG pipeline on your own knowledge base or develop a strategy roadmap. Both outcomes are legitimate; we do not steer towards a follow-on assignment when it is not needed.
