A project starts with an introductory meeting: half an hour in which we go through the problem you want to tackle, which users it affects and which systems are already in place. Free and without obligation. Sometimes the outcome is that an off-the-shelf package already covers your needs; sometimes it is that custom software is the right answer, for example because no SaaS product meets the integration or authentication requirements of your operation.
If there is a suitable use case, we plan a discovery: a short phase in which we sharpen the solution, covering which modules, which user roles, which integrations (billing, CRM, ERP, POS, core banking, ticketing, AFAS, Exact), which compliance requirements and which peak load. We deliver a concrete plan with scope and budget that you can use to make a decision internally.
The build then follows in sprints. At the end of every sprint, something working is running. Demo sessions and beta access help you discover early on what doesn't work for the operations manager, the finance employee checking the accounting integration, or the customer opening their invoice on a metro platform. We work in your own repository, with code review and a staging environment.
After go-live comes maintenance and further development. Software needs ongoing upkeep: dependency updates, security patches, new requests and integrations whose APIs change. You choose: ongoing support from us, a hybrid model, or handover to a third party, with the architecture documentation we deliver during the build.
