StoreLinkr integration development
StoreLinkr is a Dutch integration platform that connects webshops, point-of-sale systems and suppliers to European marketplaces such as Bol, Kaufland, Allegro and eBay. It has standard integrations with WooCommerce, Shopify, Picqer and Exact Online, among others, and its own API. Appfront builds the connection to the systems that are not on that list, such as your own ERP, WMS or product database.
What is a StoreLinkr integration?
StoreLinkr is an integration platform from Wijchen for businesses that sell online. It connects webshops, point-of-sale systems and suppliers to dozens of European marketplaces, so that products, stock, prices and orders stay in sync. There are standard integrations with webshop platforms such as WooCommerce and Shopify, with the WMS Picqer, with accounting packages and with a number of suppliers. For anything not covered, StoreLinkr offers its own API.
What is not covered by the standard integrations is often handled by hand or via exports. Products live in your own ERP or product database and are imported with a spreadsheet. Stock from your own warehouse or from a fulfilment partner lags behind, so you end up selling what you no longer have. And marketplace orders do not automatically reach your order processing.
We build custom because businesses and systems differ: one webshop or several brands, your own ERP or a WMS, and which data is leading where. The integration runs via the StoreLinkr API. Which data it offers and under what conditions, we look at in the first step, together with you and with StoreLinkr.
Products from a single source
Your ERP or product database is leading.
Stock you can trust
From your own warehouse or fulfilment.
Orders in the flow
Marketplace orders in your order processing.
How we build your StoreLinkr integration
We start with your sales: which marketplaces you sell on, which systems your products, stock and prices come from, and where orders are processed. Then we agree which system is leading for what, and look with StoreLinkr at what the API offers for that. We often start with stock and orders, because overselling and manual work hurt there first. Products and prices from your own source, and returns and track-and-trace flowing back, follow once the first integration is running well. After that, we maintain the integration when StoreLinkr or your own systems change.

What a StoreLinkr integration actually does
The components below appear in almost every StoreLinkr integration. Which ones you need depends on your systems.
Items
From your own source.
Prices
Per channel where needed.
Stock
From the warehouse or fulfilment.
Orders
To your order processing.
Returns
Back into stock.
Log
Every message recorded.
Who we build a StoreLinkr integration for
The integration is for businesses that sell on marketplaces via StoreLinkr and have their own system that isn't included as standard. The more products and orders you have, the more time it saves.
Online shops
Many marketplaces. Stock matters most.
Wholesalers
Own ERP. Products from a single source matter.
Brands
Own product data. Correct content is the core.
Fulfilment companies
For customers. Orders and stock matter.
Technology and integrations
This page is about integrations with StoreLinkr. For similar platforms, see our pages on the Channable integration and the ChannelEngine integration, and for stock across multiple channels our page on stock synchronisation. You can read about our approach on building software.
Why Appfront for your StoreLinkr integration?
Products loaded in via a spreadsheet, and stock that lags behind the warehouse, cost an online seller time, sales and reviews every week. That is what we build on: one source for products, stock that is accurate, and orders that flow into processing automatically.
No imports
Products updated automatically.
No overselling
Stock keeps pace.
No retyping
Orders processed automatically.
Security and privacy in a StoreLinkr integration
The integration processes data about products, prices and orders, and, through the orders, about customers, such as names and addresses. We only use the data that is needed, API credentials are stored encrypted, and every message is logged.
The integration runs in a European data centre, with encrypted storage and daily backups. We record the processing in a data processing agreement.
Frequently asked questions about a StoreLinkr integration
Questions online sellers ask before getting started.
StoreLinkr is a Dutch integration platform that connects webshops, point-of-sale systems and suppliers to European marketplaces. Products, stock, prices and orders are kept in sync with the marketplaces via StoreLinkr, so you don't have to work on each marketplace separately.
Yes, including with WooCommerce, Shopify, Picqer, Exact Online and a number of suppliers. If your system is among them and the integration does what you need, a custom solution isn't necessary. A custom integration is for an ERP, WMS or product database that isn't included.
Via the API that StoreLinkr offers for custom integrations. Which data is available, how access is arranged and under what conditions, we look at in the first step, together with you and with StoreLinkr. Only then do we build.
That is up to you. Usually the ERP or the product database is leading for products and prices, and the WMS or the fulfilment partner for stock. The integration makes sure StoreLinkr receives that data, so nobody has to maintain it in two places.
By updating stock often enough and setting a buffer where needed. How often stock is updated depends on how quickly your products sell and on what the API allows. If the warehouse and the marketplace disagree, the integration flags it.
The integration flags it and records what went wrong. The message is retried or queued for review, so no order is lost or sent twice.
For web shops and wholesalers with their own ERP or WMS, for brands with their own product database, for fulfilment companies working for clients, and for software vendors who want to connect their product to StoreLinkr. If you use a web shop platform that StoreLinkr supports out of the box, a custom integration is often not needed.
