The candidates and vacancies are in there, but applications also come in via your own jobs site, a campaign or an app, and a placement then has to go to the back office for contracts and payroll. What is an integration with RecruitNow?
A RecruitNow integration connects Cockpit with the systems around your recruitment. A candidate applies on your own jobs site and then appears in Cockpit, with their CV and source attached. A vacancy the recruiter creates in Cockpit appears on the website. And as soon as a candidate is placed, the details pass on to the back office for the contract, time registration and payroll, without anyone retyping them.
Without an integration, a recruiter or an internal sales coordinator does this by hand. Applications from the website arrive as emails, campaigns produce a spreadsheet, vacancies are entered twice, and at placement the same data is typed in once more in the back-office system. At an agency handling dozens of applications a day, that costs time and speed, and a candidate who hears nothing for a day has often already gone elsewhere.
We build custom because every agency has its own chain. Which job site you use, which fields in Cockpit are mandatory, which back office handles the contracts and how you want to measure sources all determine what the integration needs to do. You request an API key for RecruitNow through your account manager; using the API may carry costs, so we include that with you in the first step.

Security and privacy in a RecruitNow integration
Candidate data is personal data, with CVs and sometimes details about availability and salary. The integration only sends the fields that are needed, access is set up per role and every exchange is logged with time and result. For the processing, we enter into a data processing agreement with you.
The integration runs in a European data centre, with encrypted connections and storage. Keys for RecruitNow are kept secured, and CVs are not retained for longer than is needed for the exchange.
