Listings from your own system on Pararius Responses back into your system Rented is taken offline straight away

Custom Pararius integration development

Appfront builds integrations with Pararius, the platform for rental homes. Estate agents publish their listings via Pararius Office or through their own agent package, and Pararius offers specifications for supplying listings. For landlords, managers and intermediaries with their own system, we build the connection: homes from your system onto Pararius, enquiries from prospective tenants back in, and a home that has been let taken offline straight away.

What is a Pararius integration?

Pararius is a platform where prospective tenants find rental homes. Estate agents and landlords post their listings, often through Pararius Office or the agent package they work with. For those using their own system, Pararius provides specifications for delivering listings. Prospective tenants respond to a property via Pararius.

Landlords who letting from their own system often enter homes onto Pararius by hand. Photos and features are copied across, a price change is made in two places, and a let property sometimes stays online, with enquiries no one can follow up. Enquiries arrive by email and are entered into your own system by hand for viewings and selection.

We build custom solutions because landlords differ: which system you use, how many homes you have, how you follow up enquiries, and how you select tenants. Which route Pararius offers for your situation, and under which conditions, we look at in the first step, together with you and Pararius. We do not promise an integration that Pararius does not allow, and we only build what fits within their terms.

Let means offline

A property that has been let comes off Pararius straight away, with no manual work.

How we build your Pararius integration

We start with your lettings: which system, how many properties, how you currently publish and handle enquiries, and how you select tenants. Then we look with Pararius at which route is available. Often not all the features Pararius asks for are already in your system; we map these out so that a property goes online complete.

Why Appfront for your Pararius integration?

A rented-out property that stays online attracts enquiries nobody can follow up. That's where we come in: listings pulled from your own system, enquiries sent back, and let properties go offline the moment they're rented.

No manual work

No more re-entering properties.

Followed up quickly

Enquiries in your own system.

Always up to date

Let properties go offline immediately.

Security and privacy in a Pararius integration

The integration processes data about homes and about prospective tenants who enquire. Access credentials are stored encrypted and used only by the integration, and data from prospective tenants is used only to follow up their enquiry.

The integration runs in a European data centre, with encrypted storage and daily backups.

Frequently asked questions about a Pararius integration

Questions landlords ask before getting started.

A platform where prospective tenants find rental homes and where estate agents and landlords list their properties. Prospective tenants respond to a property through Pararius. The platform focuses on the rental market, from city flats to family homes, and is used by many letting agents.

Via Pararius Office, via the agent package you work with, or from your own system following the specifications Pararius provides. A custom integration suits those with their own system that does not publish by default, for example an investor with an in-house letting system or an intermediary with their own CRM.

According to the specifications and terms Pararius provides for submitting listings. In the first step, we'll work out with you and with Pararius which route suits your system and whether enquiries can come back.

Yes. When a property is marked as let in your system, it's updated on Pararius, so no further enquiries come in for a home that's already gone. The same applies to a price change or a different availability date: these flow through automatically.

If Pararius permits this for your situation, enquiries from prospective tenants arrive against the home in your system, so you can arrange viewings and select tenants without retyping anything. If enquiries come by email, the integration can process those emails and attach them to the right home.

The integration flags it and records what went wrong, for example a missing attribute or a photo that does not meet the requirements. Once fixed, it republishes. The log shows what happened per home, so you can also check when a home went online.

For landlords, managers and intermediaries with their own system and many homes, and for suppliers of lettings software. If you work with Pararius Office or an agent package with a standard integration, you usually do not need a custom one.
