Important to know: Formitable merged with Zenchef in 2024. Since then, Formitable, Resengo and Zenchef have operated under one brand, Zenchef, and existing restaurants have been migrated to the shared platform. The Formitable REST API and developer portal are still available; when building an integration, we honestly verify which account and which endpoints belong to your situation, so the integration matches the platform you actually use.

This includes, among other things: API keys stored in secure vaults, webhook signature validation, scoped permissions per integration and regular audits of the reservation and guest data flows. We encrypt all traffic with TLS.
We apply data minimisation: only the guest data you genuinely need for your own processes is synchronised, and no more than that.
