Every damage on the drawing with photo and measurement Repair recorded per location A report the client understands

Custom concrete repair reporting software

Appfront builds software for concrete repair companies, inspectors and consultancies that inspect, repair and report on damage to concrete structures: every damage location on the drawing with photos and measurements such as cover and carbonation depth, a repair proposal per location, the execution with materials used and checks, and a report for the client showing what was found, what was done and what still needs doing. So that inspection, repair and reporting all refer to the same locations, and nobody has to hunt for photos to produce a report.

What is concrete repair reporting software?

Concrete ages. Reinforcement rusts through carbonation or chlorides, concrete spalls, and cracks spread. For an access deck block, a car park, a bridge or a quay wall, repair starts with an inspection: where is the damage, how serious is it, and what is the cause. Then comes repair location by location, and a report for the client. Concrete repair reporting software records that per location, from inspection through to handover.

In many companies an inspector takes photos with a phone, writes measurements on a drawing, and then types a report in the office with photos that have to be searched for and numbered. The site team receives a list of locations that doesn't always match the drawing. What was done at each location, and with which material, is reconstructed afterwards. And when the client asks about a specific spot, the searching begins.

We build custom software because the reporting has to fit your work: which structures you inspect and repair, which measurements you take, which repair methods and materials you use, which standards and guidelines your clients specify, and what your reports should look like. A general inspection app knows checklists; it doesn't know locations on a drawing with measurements and a repair method for each spot.

Damage on the drawing

Every damage location as a point or area on the drawing, with type of damage, photos and measurements, recorded on the scaffold.

Repair per location

For each location, the repair proposal, the execution with materials and batch numbers, and the check after repair.

Reports drawn from the data

Inspection and repair reports in your house style, produced from what was recorded per location, with photos in the right place.

How we build your concrete repair reporting software

We start with a recent project: how the inspection was carried out, how the site team received the locations, and how long the report took.

1
Mapping your workflow

Your structures, measurements, repair methods and materials, the client's guidelines, and your reports.

2
Inspection on the drawing

Damage locations on the drawing with type, photos and measurements, on a tablet, even without signal.

3
Repair and checks

Repair proposal per location, execution with materials and parties, and the check after repair.

4
Report and integrations

Inspection and repair reports, integration with costing and project administration, and ongoing management afterwards.

What concrete repair reporting software actually does

The components below come up at almost every concrete repair company. Which ones you need depends on your structures and clients.

Drawings

Floor plans and elevations per structure, on which locations are marked.

Damage locations

Type of damage, dimensions, photos and severity per location on the drawing.

Assessments

Cover, carbonation depth, chloride content and other measurements per location.

Repair proposal

A method and quantity per location, as the basis for estimating and execution.

Delivery

What was done, with which material and batch number, and the check after repair.

Report

Inspection and repair reports in your house style, per structure or per phase.

Who we build concrete repair reporting software for

The software is intended for companies where inspection and reporting of concrete repair currently run on loose photos and word processors.

Concrete repair companies

Inspection, repair and report under one roof. The locations, from inspection through to handover, are the core.

Inspection and consultancy firms

Inspections and repair plans for clients. The measurements and the report matter most.

Car park operators

Periodic inspections of the same structure. Comparing results across the years is what's needed.

Operators of bridges and quays

Large assets with many locations. The drawings and the repair schedule are the core.

Why choose Appfront for your concrete repair reporting software?

A concrete repair report is only useful when every photo belongs to a location. That's what we build on: damage marked on the drawing, repair per location, and a report generated from the data.

No more searching for photos

Photos are attached to a location on the drawing. The report places them in the right spot.

Execution at the same locations

Execution works with the same locations as the inspection. Nothing is skipped or done twice.

Evidence per location

What was done, and with which material, is recorded. A client's question is answered quickly.

Security and privacy in concrete repair reporting software

The software holds drawings, inspection data and reports for your clients' assets: confidential information. Access is set by role: the inspector sees their projects, and the client sees only their own reports if you grant them access.

The software works on the scaffolding without signal and syncs as soon as there is a connection. The data is stored in a European data centre, with encrypted storage and daily back-ups.

Frequently asked questions about concrete repair reporting software

Questions that concrete repair companies and inspectors ask before getting started.

It records the damaged locations on the drawing for each asset, with photos and measurements, creates a repair proposal per location, logs execution with materials and checks, and produces inspection and repair reports in your house style.

The measurements you take, such as concrete cover, carbonation depth and chloride content, per location. We define which you use and how during the first step.

Yes. Locations, photos and measurements are stored on the tablet and synced as soon as there is a connection.

The software records what your clients' guidelines require, such as data per location and checks after repair. For concrete repair, the NEN-EN 1504 series and industry standards apply, among others; which apply to your work is determined with your client or certifying body.

Yes. For periodic inspections of the same structure, earlier damage and repairs appear on the same drawing, so it's clear what has been added.

Yes. Repair proposals, with method and quantity per location, can be passed to your costing, so the quote follows from the inspection.

Check that first. A general inspection app is enough for simple checklists. Custom development makes sense when locations on drawings, measurements and repair per location are central, and when the report must follow your own layout.

Inspection, repair and report on the same locations?

Tell us which objects you inspect and repair, which measurements you take and how you currently report. We'll show you what the drawing, the locations and the report look like.
