Bespoke curriculum development

Interactive on-site training

EU AI Act compliance: Article 4 and AI literacy
The European AI Regulation sets concrete requirements for organisations that deploy AI. Understand what this means for your business and how training makes you compliant.
The EU AI Act entered into force in August 2024. Article 4, applicable since February 2025, requires providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff.
This applies not only to high-risk AI systems. Organisations that use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in their daily work are also subject to this obligation. The required literacy includes:
- An understanding of how AI systems work and what their limitations are
- Knowledge of risks, bias and ethical considerations
- The ability to critically assess AI output
- Awareness of applicable regulations and responsibilities

Our training ranges from half a day (introduction and awareness) to several days for in-depth technical workshops. Most teams opt for a programme of 2-3 sessions spread over a few weeks, so participants can practise in between and gather questions.
No. We adjust the level to the target audience. For directors and management, we focus on strategic insight and decision-making. For technical teams, we go deeper into implementation, prompt engineering and AI integrations in existing systems. The intake beforehand determines the right level.
Yes. Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires organisations that deploy AI systems to ensure their staff have sufficient AI literacy. Our training is specifically designed to meet this obligation, including documentation and certification demonstrating that your organisation is compliant.
Yes, we deliver training at your location, at our office in Amsterdam, or in a hybrid format. For larger groups, we recommend an in-person setting because of the interactive formats and the opportunity to practise directly with tools.

For maximum interaction and personal attention, we prefer groups of 6-15 people. Larger groups are possible by delivering the training in several cohorts or by combining a plenary session with breakout sessions.
